A community-based art educator, Martha Lovell Reggio (Marti) is the founder and Executive Director of the Godfrey Reggio Foundation, established in 2023 to nurture and extend Godfrey Reggio’s cinematic legacy through educational initiatives that cultivate seeing the world in which we live. Exploration of the intersections of perception, creative process, community, and action—inviting others to become more attentive participants in the world they inhabit. Marti’s lifelong relationship with the natural world was shaped by her childhood in the California desert and coastline with formative years on a Nevada cattle ranch. Marti lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with her husband, filmmaker Godfrey Reggio.

His sweet spot of innovation has been uniting the worlds of design, content and technology and has launched over 20 mobile apps and completed R&D projects with Apple, Microsoft and Toshiba. His TV and Film work includes all the movie studios and dozens of TV networks. He focuses on branding, marketing, product development and AI Consulting. He just launched CLOWD: The AI Film Festival.

An actor and creator of film, theater, visual art, and poetry, John Garet has immersed himself in the arts from a young age. He attended the Waldorf School of Princeton where, among many things, he learned how to learn. His education continued on at Carnegie Mellon where he studied performing techniques such as clown (Lecoq), movement (Viewpoints, Laban), and numerous acting approaches. Besides various film, television, and theater credits, he wrote and directed a short film “it’s not safe for you in this zoo” and is currently in post-production on a second. He lives in Los Angeles with his fiance and two cats.

My conscious view of what’s happening in the world is that we no longer live in nature, but some of us fool ourselves as though we are. Having an organic vegetable garden, parks or designated areas hardly makes up for the devastation we have made to mother Earth.
